The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page one, section five-a, lines six and seven, by striking out the proviso and inserting in lieu thereof a new proviso to read as follows: Provided, That for each native brook trout that exceeds the creel limit, $100 for the first five illegally taken and $20 for each thereafter;
